Publication Ethics
Malahayati International Journal of Nursing and Health Science (MINH) is a peer-reviewed electronic journal. This statement clarifies the ethical attitude of teamwork in the process of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the chief editor, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewer, and the publisher (Ikatan Dosen Keperawatan, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Malahayati). This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Ethical Direction for Publication
A peer-reviewed article is necessary in the development of the quality of an article and giving feedback to the author. The author gets direct reflection regarding the article to improve his effort. Through peer-reviewed articles, it is part of following the scientific method. Therefore, necessary to concur in a standard attitude of the ethical direction for publication as a team who are involved, such as the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, and the publisher.
The publisher takes commitment following all stages and extremely seriously as a consequence of ethical responsibilities. The publisher ensures in all stages of the process without being affected by advertising, reprint, or other commercial revenue on editorial decisions. In addition, the editorial team a like to collaborate with other journals and/or publishers for the improving.
Publication Decisions
The editors are responsible for deciding which of the articles to publish. The editors adhere to the policies of the journal's editorial board and require legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editors like to discuss in a team to make the final decision.
Fair Play
Regularly evaluates of articles as intellectual property with justice without any discrimination to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

The editor's team prohibited spreading any information about an article to anyone except the author, reviewers, and other editorial advisers. Ensuring in the secrecy of the author is the right of dignity.
